The Sylvia Plotkin Judaica Museum is a collection of exhibits relating to Jewish heritage, and includes a range of historical, cultural and literary displays, including a scale replica of Jerusalem’s Western Wall, and a ‘Biblical Garden’ featuring ancient plants.

When you’re in the mood to watch the herons or king fisher birds, head to Canal Park. Found just off College Ave and south of Mckelllips Road, the lake and islands make for a desert oasis. Such a spot of beauty is shared between visitors who choose to fish on the side of the lake or explore the park’s trails.
